24. I am pretty sure that my filter is correct but I cannot get it to work. What could be the reason for this?

Assuming that you have defined the filter correctly, then the reason for it not working could be one of the following: you have forgotten to include the filter in the "Filters to apply" list message is larger than the maximum size set on the mailboxes tab message matches the citeria in the accept or reject list message matches the criteria of another filter which is higher up in the list
